Hiram Meléndez-Serrano

Hiram Meléndez-Serrano has a range of work experience in the IT and operations field. Hiram began their career at Popular in 2006 as an Electronic Service Representative. In 2008, they joined Evertec as an Analyst and later progressed to the role of Business Analyst. Hiram then became a Supervisor in 2016 and was responsible for overseeing operations. In 2019, they transitioned into the role of Operations Supervisor. In 2022, they took on the position of Information Technology Supervisor before being promoted to Sr. Lead, IT Administration at Evertec. Throughout their career, Hiram has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in IT administration.

Hiram Meléndez-Serrano attended the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Computer Science. Hiram later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance & Economy at the Universidad Metropolitana. In addition to their formal education, Hiram has obtained multiple certifications from institutions including LinkedIn and DigiCert, Inc. These certifications cover various topics such as performance evaluation, strategic business analysis, artificial intelligence, finance, leadership, and innovation.
