Rebecca Maldonado

Rebecca Maldonado has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Manager at Evertec since November 2005. In this role, Rebecca leads the Women Inspirational Network (WIN), a multicultural community dedicated to empowering women in their professional and personal journeys. Previous positions at Evertec include Software Development Supervisor for ATH Móvil & Digital Payments and Branch Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing software development teams and managing various applications. With a strong foundation in software development from earlier roles at Mi Banco, CRIM, Unisys, and Telcordia Technologies, Rebecca has developed expertise in areas such as SQL Server databases, web server maintenance, and programming languages. Recently, Rebecca has taken on the role of Mentor at Women in Cloud, focusing on supporting aspiring women in cloud technologies. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
