A dedicated member of the United States Marine Corps since 1988, Tim Noonan's military background complements a successful tenure as a Program Manager at Boeing from 2003 to 2017. Tim Noonan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School.
