Peter Flynn is an experienced executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Client Experience and Transformation at OSG since August 2025. In this role, Peter leads strategic initiatives focused on enhancing client engagement and driving business results, emphasizing the alignment of digital transformation and customer experience with OSG’s Customer Communications Management solutions. Prior to OSG, Peter held significant positions at Mobileum as SVP Managed Services & Customer Support, CSG as Head Of Delivery - North America and Executive Director of Managed Services, and Volubill as VP Product and VP Professional Services. Early career experience includes roles at Swisscom Mobile, QUBX Consulting, LHS, and Sema Group. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
