Liz McColl is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer success and special education. Currently serving as a Customer Success Advocate at n2y LLC since July 2022, Liz focuses on customer implementation support, developing success plans, analyzing usage data, and enhancing customer retention and satisfaction. Prior roles include a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Michigan Virtual Charter Academy and a Customer Support Specialist at n2y LLC. With a strong background in special education, Liz has taught special needs learners in various capacities, including as a Special Education Teacher at Kalamazoo RESA and St. Joseph County ISD, and as a Skill Building Mentor at Indian Trails Camp. Liz holds a Bachelor of Education in Special Education and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
