Monika has also held HR manager positions at Viciunai Group and UAB Nordnet, focusing on personnel management, recruitment, and workforce planning. Early career experience includes a sales manager role at Aukso gija. Monika holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Università degli Studi di Torino.
