Blair DeWeese is a seasoned Real Estate Broker and Community Leader currently affiliated with Every Door Real Estate since 2023, with previous experience at West Seattle Realty from 2017 to 2019. Recognized for a high conversion rate and coaching younger agents, Blair has demonstrated strong sales capabilities in the real estate sector. Prior roles include Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for Latin America at Bioventus and Smith & Nephew, overseeing significant sales programs and product launches in the medical field. Experience also includes a tenure as Global Marketing Manager for Hip Resurfacing and Product Manager for Computer Assisted Surgery, where Blair successfully drove sales and marketing strategies. Early career highlights involve serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras and owning Gibson’s Donuts, which gained national recognition. Blair holds an MBA in Marketing from The University of Memphis and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
