Eleana Fanaika

Eleana Fanaika is a seasoned professional in the sports and retail industries, currently serving as the Executive Director of Every Kid Sports since October 2017. Fanaika previously held the position of Program Director and Program Administrator at Victoria's Secret from August 2016 to April 2017, where responsibilities included driving sales growth and managing the selling team. Fanaika's extensive experience includes ten years at Sport Chalet as an Assistant Store Manager, overseeing operations and managing a large team. Additional roles include coaching volleyball at La Jolla Country Day School and the Torrey's Volleyball Club, as well as serving as a Sports Instructor at the YMCA of San Diego County. Fanaika possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Diego State University, complemented by foundational studies at Arizona State University.
