Gabriella (Aikawa) Milligan

Gabriella (Aikawa) Milligan has an extensive work experience in product development and research. Gabriella began their career in 2013 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Donald Smith Lab. In 2015, they worked as a Lab Assistant at Santa Cruz Biotechnology. That same year, Gabriella began their work at Purity Cosmetics (100% PURE), where they held the roles of Product Development Lead, Product Development Coordinator, and Product Development Intern. In 2016, they became the Global Product Development Manager - Skincare at John Masters Organics and the Product Development Lead at Puristry. In 2018, Gabriella joined SEPHORA as the Associate Manager of Product Development and Sourcing. In 2021, they held the role of Director of Product Development at both Bathing Culture and Symbiome. Finally, Gabriella is currently the Senior Product Development Manager at Every Man Jack, a position they have held since 2022. Additionally, Gabriella has been a Vlogger at YouTube since 2014, where they have created informational videos on cosmetic products and educational advice for academic success, gained 65.6K+ subscribers, and 7.2M+ views, and collaborated with over 20 brands and companies on video and social media promotions.

Gabriella (Aikawa) Milligan attended Campolindo High School from 2007 to 2011 and then University of California, Santa Cruz from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Human Biology, with a minor in Chemistry.
