Karen King

Karen King has over 20 years of experience in product development, operations, and supply chain support. Karen began their career in 2000 as a Program Manager for New Product Introduction at Cisco, where they launched a routing product that generated $14MM in first-year annual revenue. In 2008, they transitioned to Method Products PBC, where they served as the Director of Project Management and Commercialization and the ERP Manager. Karen then worked as an Independent Consultant for Supply Chain & Product Development from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Director of Product Development at OLLY PBC, where they were a founding team member and led the development of supplements and functional foods for a hyper-growth startup. In 2021, they became the VP Innovation at Goodles, and in 2022 they began their current role as Director of Product Development at Every Man Jack.

Karen King graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Music. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Applied Sensory and Consumer Science from the Department of Food Science & Technology at the University of California, Davis.
