How It Started

It started with Phin Robinson, the Founder of Pure Unity Health, who purchased GoJoe to enhance the organisation's health and well-being through the power of exercise.

In April 2022, Phin approached Dr Dan Bunstone and Tara Humphrey to get involved and form teams to join the challenge, as our paths regularly crossed due to our work supporting and leading primary care networks.

What began with 30 movers has grown to over 80 — and people keep coming back. Now we want to reach further, inspiring more health and care professionals to move more, build community, and connect through exercise, whatever their starting point.
