Franceska Rolda

Franceska Rolda has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Franceska started their career in 2014 as an AmeriCorps member at City Year, where they provided academic and behavioral support to at-risk middle school students. During their time at City Year, they also served as a Communication Coordinator, Corps Council Representative, and a Service Ambassador focused on beautifying schools.

In 2015, Franceska became a 5th grade teacher at Villa Soleada Bilingual School in El Progreso, Honduras. Franceska was responsible for developing the curriculum, creating inclusive lesson plans, and engaging students in diverse activities and extracurriculars.

Franceska's next role was as a Research Assistant at USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. Here, they supported Dr. Annalisa Enrile in various research projects, including studying the impact of the CA-TISC Law and investigating human trafficking at music and sporting events.

From 2018 to 2019, Franceska worked as a Clinician at Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services. In this position, they worked with clients to address mental health issues, led cross-functional teams, collaborated with stakeholders, and implemented innovative solutions to improve program efficiency.

Most recently, Franceska joined Every.org in 2020 as a Partnerships Manager. Franceska played a key role in creating the brand, mission, and values of Every.org, ensuring consistency and fostering a sense of community. Franceska also developed a client journey to enhance the nonprofit partners' experience.

Throughout their varied work experience, Franceska has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to inclusion, best practices, and innovative solutions.

Franceska Rolda completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Southern California from 2012 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work from the same university, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Franceska obtained the certification of Section4 Certified Brand Strategist in February 2021 from Section4 institution.
