Chelsea Brazier

Chelsea Brazier has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Chelsea is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Everybody Agency since April 2022. Prior to that, they founded EQ Well (formerly KALM) in 2018. From 2016 to 2022, Chelsea worked as the HR Director - Studio People at Chelsea Brazier. Chelsea has also held the position of Asc HR Director - International at TBWA\\Media Arts Lab from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they worked as the People & Culture Manager / BP - TD at Mediaedge:cia from 2010 to 2013. Chelsea also worked as an HR Business Partner at Grey London from 2007 to 2010 and as a People & Culture Exec at Emap from 2005 to 2007.

Chelsea Brazier earned a Master of Science degree in Positive Psychology from Buckinghamshire New University from 2021 to 2023. Chelsea also obtained a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from the Coaching Academy in 2009-2010, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, they completed an Associate's Degree in Kinesiology from TASK - Systematic Kinesiology in 2012-2013. Chelsea earned a Neuro Linguistic Programming Diploma from the Coaching Academy in 2009-2010, further specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2019-2020, they completed a Higher National Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Clinical Psychotherapy from the Hypnotherapy Training College. Chelsea also has additional certifications in Coaching in Success + Personal Performance and NLP Practitioner from the Coaching Academy in 2009.
