Tom Jones is an accomplished digital marketing professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. As the COO and Co-founder of Everybody Agency since December 2015, Tom Jones focuses on creating a client-centric agency that excels in delivering effective digital marketing solutions through a combination of data, creativity, technology, and experience. Prior to this, Tom Jones served as Chief Client Officer at iCrossing UK from October 2007 to August 2015, overseeing client services, project management, and new business initiatives while ensuring the agency met its commitments. Tom Jones also held the position of Head of Media at iCrossing UK, managing PPC and Display teams to produce high-impact paid media campaigns for renowned brands. Earlier in the career, Tom Jones worked at Latitude Group Limited in multiple roles, including Search Manager, where managing a team of paid search experts was essential for driving results for some of the largest PPC accounts in the UK. Tom Jones earned a BSc. Hons in Management from The University of Manchester from 2001 to 2004.
