Prior roles include Senior Marketing Manager at Everyday Health Group, responsible for revenue-focused email initiatives for BabyCenter and What to Expect, and Marketing Manager at BabyCenter, where responsibilities included managing consumer and promotional emails on both US and international scales. KimNgoc's career began at HealthyPets, Inc. as a Senior Designer, overseeing consumer newsletters and print projects. Additionally, a contract design role at Boutique Dining Management Group involved managing and executing print and digital newsletters. KimNgoc holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Computer Arts from the Academy of Art University.
