Erin MacDonald

Erin MacDonald has worked in various roles in the professional field since 2006. Erin began their career as an Administrative Assistant for Stonehill College Campus Ministry in 2006, then interned at Walden Media in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Paralegal for Gosselin & Associates, PC. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Dynamics Research Corporation in two roles: Training & Development Specialist and Staffing Coordinator & HR Ops. Since 2014, they have been employed at Texthelp, where they have held four roles: Senior Sales Operations Analyst, Senior Sales Operations Specialist, Sales Operations Specialist, and Senior Sales Support Associate. Currently, they are a Sales Operations Manager at EveryDay Labs.

Erin MacDonald obtained their Masters in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in 2012, specializing in Business Management. Erin completed their Bachelor of Arts from Stonehill College in 2010, specializing in History and International Studies. Erin also attended Saint Petersburg State University in 2008, studying History and Politics. In addition, they obtained certifications from BSI in 2017 for ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016 for Managing Big Data with MySQL, and from Google in 2016 for Google Certified Educator Level 1.
