Jason Bovington has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Jason started their career at Lloyds TSB as a Senior Analyst in 1993 before moving to HFC Bank in 1996 to work as a Credit Risk Manager.

In 2003, they became a Special Assistant to the CEO at HFC Bank, where they were responsible for optimizing credit losses and leading various credit departments. Jason held the position until 2006 and also served as the Head of Credit during that time.

From 2006 to 2019, Jason worked at Everyday Loans Limited as the Head of Credit Risk and Analytics. Jason led the credit risk, operational risk, credit operations, and analytics for a 72-branch network non-prime consumer finance business.

Jason then took on the role of Chief Risk Officer at Everyday Loans Group in 2019, where they led teams responsible for credit risk, compliance, operational risk, complaints, and analysis across the group.

In 2020, they joined Allium Lending Group as a Lending Risk Director, where they continued to oversee lending risk until 2021.

Later in 2021, Jason joined Tandem Bank as a Lending Risk Director before quickly transitioning to the role of Chief Credit Officer at Everyday Loans.

Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Everyday Loans, having assumed the role in June 2022.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in credit risk management, operational risk, compliance, and leadership, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
