Caroline Santilino

Caroline Santilino has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Caroline started their career as a Chef De Partie at Vapiano UK in September 2015 and worked there until December 2016. Caroline then joined Jamies Italian as a Chef De Partie in December 2016 and worked there until December 2018. In December 2018, they became a Sous Chef at Everyman Media Group PLC and later progressed to the role of Head Chef in September 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Support Chef at Everyman Media Group PLC, where they lead the kitchen team in Glasgow and provides support to other regional sites. Caroline'sresponsibilities include stock control, labor management, coaching, and ensuring general best practices are followed.

Caroline Santilino obtained a Higher National Diploma in Digital Design from Glasgow Kelvin College, completing their studies between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they studied Design and Applied Arts at Glasgow Kelvin College from 2019 to 2020. In 2018, they attended City of Glasgow College, and in 2017, they also briefly attended the same college. Caroline also pursued a degree in Graduação in Comunicação Social Midia Eletrônica at Estácio from 2015 to 2016. Caroline started studying Ciências Contabeis at UNIASSELVI in 2013 but discontinued their studies after completing five semesters. Additionally, they completed a certification program in Google Analytics from Univille Universidade in June 2015, and a course titled "UMA JORNADA EMPREENDEDORA com Bel Pesce" from Geração TEC in the same year. Caroline also attended a course in Marketing Digital at Senac Brasil in 2015.
