Thakur Lamsal

Thakur Lamsal, MSW, RSW has a background in social work and education. With experience in various counseling and support roles, Thakur has worked with youth, families, and individuals to provide mental health services and support. Currently working as a Youth and Family Clinician at EveryMind, Thakur has a strong foundation in trauma-informed assessment and treatment. Previous roles include providing culturally responsive counseling, facilitating mental health sessions, and working as a college instructor and university lecturer. With a Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Education degree from Nepal, Thakur is dedicated to helping others overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
