Aimée Sophie has worked in various roles since 2014. Aimée began their career as a Business Development and Marketing Analyst at EMG - Entertainment Management Group in 2014. Aimée then moved on to become a Financial Planning Analyst at Medtronic in 2015. In the same year, they also took on the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant at Southeast Missouri State University. Since 2017, Aimée has been working at EveryMundo in various roles, including Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Specialist, Customer Performance Partner, and Product Implementation Manager. In their role as Product Implementation Manager, Aimée managed customers throughout the Product Implementation process, collaborated with internal Product Performance and Product Engineering & Development teams, served as a product consultant and product usage expert in on-site customer training initiatives, oversaw the timely scheduling of customer requests in EveryMundo's Sprint Planning Process, streamlined iterative processes, trained customers and new employees on EveryMundo's Content Management System (CMS), created customized Interlinking and Redirect Strategies to improve the customer's SEO performance, contributed to Product Documentation, created test cases and performed extensive QA for BookSmart, and managed other related projects.

Aimée Sophie has a comprehensive education history. Aimée completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from Southeast Missouri State University between 2015 and 2017. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences between 2011 and 2015. In addition, Aimée Sophie has obtained several certifications, including Certified Network Professional (CNP) from Beta Gamma Sigma in 2017, Phi Kappa Phi from Phi Kappa Phi Chapter 045 in 2017, Goethe Certificate C1 from Goethe-Institut Boston in 2013, Google Analytics from Google in 2019, and Sumo Pro User from Sumo Logic in 2019.
