Jairo Saltos has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant Quality Management Intern at MISSIONPETROLEUM S.A., where they evaluated storage tank construction processes and first-party audit evaluation in ISO 9001 and API Q1 Quality Management Systems. In 2018, they worked as an Especialista de procesos Junior Intern at Banco Pichincha, where they collected data and analyzed processes (BPMN) and established and improved value flows under the DMAIC methodology in administrative and financial processes. In 2019, they worked as an Asistente de Calidad at IMPRENTA MARISCAL, where they planned, designed and controlled the necessary documentation for QMS and carried out FMEA of production processes and critical variables. Lastly, in 2019, they worked as an Incident Manager at EveryMundo, where they collaborated with internal Product Support and Software Development teams to ensure all required work for end-to-end bug and incident resolution was completed on time (SLA) and met expectations. Jairo was also responsible for overseeing all communication during a major system outage, ensuring regular status updates and crucial information was provided to all relevant stakeholders, conducting root cause analysis for all major incidents, working with cross-functional teams to identify and agree on appropriate delivery dates for appropriate actions to prevent recurrence and improve the level of service, elaborating incident reports ensuring the information reflects accurate facts, investigating and executing logical analysis as a tier II support, and reviewing issues found during sprint regression testing and the identification of deployment blockers.

Jairo Saltos graduated from Universidad de Las Américas (EC) in 2019 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Jairo has also obtained several certifications, including Managers as Multipliers of Well-Being from LinkedIn in 2022, Six Sigma Green Belt from OpEx LatAm in 2020, Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC in 2019, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor from SGS in 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Lean Seven - Entrenamiento en Ingeniería in 2020.
