Liliam Neisy Molina Valencia has worked in various roles in the telecommunications and technology industries since 2014. In 2016, they began working as an Intern for SIS ECU 911, where they were responsible for configuring long distance RF communication equipment, configuring and installing panic buttons, and installing and configuring security cameras. That same year, they also began working as a Research Assistant at the Escuela Politécnica Nacional, where they were responsible for safety management related to RF and optical equipment, as well as contributing and implementing health and safety procedures. In 2018, they took on the role of IT Engineer at Automation Solutions Ecuador, where their responsibilities included administration and configuration of LAN and WAN networks, networking, and technical support management. In 2019, Molina Valencia began working as a Project Specialist at UNDP. In 2021, they began working as a Core Network Engineer at Fibramax, where their responsibilities included monitoring of the backbone network, design and execution of preventive, corrective, and emergent maintenance, monitoring, control, and supervision of the telecommunications network, and backbone network equipment configuration. That same year, they also began working as an External Researcher at Escuela Politécnica Nacional. In 2022, Molina Valencia began working as a Product Support Specialist at EveryMundo, and as Director of Telecommunications at Wayru, where they are empowering everyone in Latam with affordable and reliable Internet access.

Liliam Neisy Molina Valencia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Escuela Politécnica Nacional in 2017. Liliam Neisy then went on to earn a Master's degree in Design and Management of Technological Projects from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet in 2019. In October 2021, they were awarded the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. In February 2022, they received the HCIA-DATACOM certification from Huawei.
