Liz Menezes has a diverse work experience in customer success, digital marketing, product management, events and client relations, bartending, and administrative assistance. Liz began their career in 2014 as an Events and Client Relations Coordinator at Geany's Kitchen. In 2017, they worked as a Bartender at Four Cuts Steakhouse and as an Administrative Assistant at Christopher Rolf Architecture. Liz also worked as a Product Management Intern at Companhia Brasileira de Monitoramento. From 2018 to 2021, Liz worked at Franklin University Switzerland in various roles, including ILO United Nations - Management Research Assistant, Administrative Assistant (Office of Student Life), and Program Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they were Digital Marketing Lead at Ziggy's Italian Specialties. Currently, Liz is a Customer Success Manager at EveryMundo, where they are responsible for managing high-touch customer accounts, developing and supporting digital marketing strategies, and collaborating with product teams.

Liz Menezes is currently studying International Management with Emphasis in Marketing at Franklin University Switzerland, with a minor in Economics and French, from 2018 to 2022. In 2019 and 2020, they completed a Diploma of Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute, focusing on Interior Design. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Talent Unlimited High School, with a focus in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General from 2013 to 2017. Liz has also obtained several certifications, including Introduction to Data Science with Python from DataCamp in 2023, Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in 2022, Advanced Google Analytics from Google analytics in 2022, Google Ads Search Certification from Google Ads in 2022, and SEO Fundamentals Exam from Semrush.
