Romano Fusana has held various positions in the IT industry since 2012. In 2012, they began at Genpact as a Process Associate/Technical Support for a US-based bank, where they were upskilled to WFA Passwords. After a year of excellent customer service, they were promoted to Process Developer. In 2017, they moved to DXC Technology as a POC/Shift Lead, where they had critical incident management and change management experience. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Infor as a Senior Subject Matter Expert, providing support to cloud-based, on-premise, and hybrid customers. Romano also created knowledge base articles, managed customer environments, and collaborated with different teams. Currently, they are a Product Support Manager and Senior Product Support Analyst at EveryMundo.
