Liz Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Liz started their career in 1995 as a Marketing Officer at the National Theatre before moving on to roles in research consultancy and market research. In 2000, they became a Marketing Manager at BBC Worldwide and then joined Freeview in 2005, where they held various positions including Head of Strategy and Head of Strategic Marketing. Liz then joined Digital UK in 2013 as the Head of External Affairs before returning to Freeview in 2018 as the Director of Corporate Communications & External Affairs. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Corporate Communications & External Affairs at Everyone TV in 2023.

Liz Reynolds attended Redland High School in Bristol from 1983 to 1990. Liz then went on to London South Bank University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages & International Business from 1991 to 1995.
