Vice President, Operations at Everything But the House

Katie Fogarty has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Katie is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH), a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Corporate Operations at BlueChip Pros from January 2021 to January 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Katie worked at EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH) as the Director of Talent Management. In this role, they were responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, providing guidance to leadership on various HR matters, and implementing a PEO to streamline HR processes.

Before joining EBTH, Katie gained experience at TiER1 Performance Solutions as a Sr. Recruiter from January 2017 to October 2018. Katie focused on recruiting consultants with strong technical and creative backgrounds.

Prior to this, they worked at American Modern Insurance Group as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner from January 2016 to January 2017. At American Modern, they partnered with hiring managers to source and hire top talent, managed the company's Summer Internship Program, and represented the company's interests in the Regional HR Policy Committee.

Katie started their career in 2004 as a Peace Corps Volunteer, where they organized and trained community members in health initiatives and sustainable income generating projects. Katie also served as a Project Technical Trainer, designing and implementing training programs for Peace Corps Trainees.

Katie has also gained experience in other organizations, including serving as a Regional Recruiter at Peace Corps, an Intern at Working in Neighborhoods, an Intern at The Seasongood Foundation, and a Staffing Coordinator at TRAK Staffing.

Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruitment, HR strategy, and program implementation.

Katie Fogarty attended Ursuline Academy-Cincinnati for their primary education. Katie then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science at Loyola University Chicago from 1999 to 2003. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a Masters of Community Planning degree in International & Economic Development from 2008 to 2010.
