Heidi Carslaw is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Head of the CEO Office at everywhen since March 2024, Heidi oversees the executive management and governance of the organization, aligning with strategic priorities. Prior to this role, Heidi was Managing Director at Mactavish from September 2020 to March 2024, leading a prominent outsourced insurance buying and claims resolution firm known for its commitment to client service. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director at Aston Lark and Chief Executive at Aston Scott, a leading risk management and insurance broking group, from March 1994 to June 2018. Heidi's educational background includes attendance at Gravesend Grammar School for Girls from 1982 to 1998.
