Richard Tuplin

Richard Tuplin is an accomplished executive in the insurance industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Ardonagh Advisory since December 2022 and at Towergate Insurance Brokers since March 2022. Previously, Richard held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Ethos Broking from September 2018 to March 2022, and served in various roles including Managing Director and Chief Development Officer at multiple organizations. Richard's leadership experience also includes a tenure as Non-Executive Director at Airco Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd, and as Chairman of the Humber LEP Forum, where responsibilities included business engagement and development. Richard's earlier career features positions at Jelf Insurance Partnership and Kennett Insurance Brokers. Richard is a graduate of Frederick Gough School and holds the Cert CII from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
