Steve Tearle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and Risk & Compliance Director at Ardonagh Advisory since July 2018, Steve has held significant positions in various organizations, including Head of Group Compliance and Risk at The AA, Compliance Director at Capita, and Risk Director at Legal & General. Steve's career began at Abbey National as a Branch Manager, following participation in a graduate programme. Educationally, Steve Tearle holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Governance and Law from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from the University of Bradford.
