Charlie Koones is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the media and marketing sectors. Currently serves as Co-Chairman of The Golden State Company and Moontide Agency, as well as Co-Chairman of Everywhen since July 2023. Previously held the position of Non Executive Chairman at CrowdSpark Ltd. and has served as a board director for American Media, Inc. and ContentNext Media. Koones also led the Entertainment Division as President at Reed Business Information and was President & Publisher of Variety, Inc., where operational responsibility for the world's largest entertainment business news organization was maintained. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond and participation in the Finance for Senior Executives program at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
