Brendan Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brendan currently holds the position of Vice President, Operations at EVERYWHERE Communications since January 2022. Prior to this, from December 2018 to December 2021, Brendan worked as the Director of Education and Employer Services at IAM National Benefit Funds. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, planning, staffing, and budgeting of two customer-facing departments. Brendan also managed the education and engagement of over 300,000 participants and benefit recipients and maintained relationships with union and employer leadership.
Before joining IAM National Benefit Funds, Brendan worked at Deloitte as a Management Consultant from February 2016 to November 2018. During this time, they led various projects, including designing and implementing process improvements for Medicaid payments and leading marketing campaigns for Deloitte Analytics.
Brendan's work experience also includes roles as a Project Management Consultant at Invictus International Consulting, LLC (July 2015 to January 2016), a Project Manager at Andaman Capital Partners (August 2013 to May 2015), and an MBA Innovation/New Business Creation Intern at Whirlpool Corporation (May 2012 to July 2012).
Additionally, Brendan has previous experience in a military setting. Brendan served as the Global Command Information Manager/Operations Security Program Manager at Military Sealift Command from August 2008 to August 2011, where they oversaw daily operations and implemented change in the Operations Security Program. Brendan also served as a Riverine Patrol Officer/Detachment Operations Officer at Riverine Squadron Two Al Anbar Province, Iraq from December 2006 to August 2008, leading combat patrols and managing the withdrawal of the command from Iraq. Earlier in their career, Brendan was the Acting Operations Officer on USS HAWES from June 2004 to December 2006, responsible for the ship's operations and leading anti-piracy and anti-smuggling operations during an overseas deployment.
Brendan Kelly's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the College of the Holy Cross. Brendan attended this institution from the year 2000 to 2004. After completing their undergraduate studies, Brendan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Brendan was enrolled at this university for the period of 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, in 2012, Brendan had the opportunity to be an exchange student at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance at SJTU, where they pursued a Finance MBA.
