Bruci Lopez

Bruci Lopez has a diverse work experience in software engineering and technician roles. Bruci is currently working as a Sr. Software Engineer at EVERYWHERE Communications since May 2021. Prior to that, Bruci worked at Raytheon as a Sr. Software Engineer from May 2015 to May 2021, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining DOD web applications using Java, Play and Spring frameworks. Before that, they worked at Asurion as a Software Engineer from October 2012 to April 2015, where they developed and maintained the ServiceBench application using Java, Struts, and Spring Framework. Bruci also worked at Acentia as a Software Developer from June 2011 to October 2012, where they were responsible for requirement analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of the e-Campus Based System. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as a Software Developer from June 2010 to July 2011, where they worked on the USPS project and was responsible for Java web development and scripting automation. Bruci began their career at Beckman Coulter as a Technician from February 2008 to June 2010, where they built electronic modules, developed testing software, and contributed to the LEAN Manufacturing Project.

Bruci Lopez completed a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland Global Campus, from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, Bruci earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their academic education, Bruci has obtained several certifications. These include the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Udemy in July 2019 and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2019. Bruci also holds certifications such as the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, SE 6.0 from Oracle in 2011, CompTIA A+ IT Technician and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in 2010, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in November 2020.
