Kristiāns Sikora

Kristiāns Sikora has a diverse work experience in marketing and project management. Kristiāns is currently the Co-Founder & Partner at aime media, where they serve as a Google Ads Media Buyer. Prior to that, they worked as a Google Ads Media Buyer at Evestar. Kristiāns also gained valuable experience at Ubiquiti Inc., where they served as a Marketing Specialist and Google Ads Media Buyer. Earlier in their career, they worked at Armadillo Latvia as a Junior Social Media Project Manager and Assistant to the Project Director. Kristiāns started their career as a Marketing Trainee at airBaltic.

Kristiāns Sikora has a strong educational background in business and marketing. In 2018, they completed a Master's degree in Marketing & Sales Management with a minor in Neuromarketing at EAE Business School. During the same year, they also pursued a University Master's degree in International Economic Relations Analysis at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.

Prior to their Master's degrees, Kristiāns Sikora earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Riga Business School between 2015 and 2018. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended Riga State Gymnasium No. 3 from 2012 to 2015, specializing in Economics.

In their earlier years, Kristiāns Sikora attended Jurmala School of Sports from 2003 to 2015, where they focused on basketball. Although no specific degree was mentioned, this experience helped shape their athletic abilities and teamwork skills.

In addition to their formal education, Kristiāns Sikora has obtained certifications from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop). In May 2022, they earned a Shopping ads Certification, and in December 2021, they achieved the Google Ads Search Certification. These certifications further enhance their expertise in digital marketing and advertising.
