Alia Lepere, M.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various medical institutions and roles. Alia is currently the Medical Director Post Acute Care at eviCore healthcare since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Rush University Medical Center from 2022 to 2023. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Assistant Site Director and Assistant Professor at Emory University School of Medicine. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the Operations Lead for the Grady Memorial Hospital Inpatient Procedure Team at Grady Health System from 2019 to 2022. Alia also worked as a Physician at WellVia and Teladoc Health from 2014 to 2017. Alia Lepere gained valuable experience as an ABC News Medical Unit Intern in 2017. Alia completed their residency and served as a Global Health Scholar at Emory University School of Medicine from 2014 to 2017. In 2013, they worked as an Intern at Ascension St. John Hospital, and as a Medical Student at St. John's Hospital from 2011 to 2013.

Alia Lepere, M.D. completed their education with a B.S. degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University in 2007. In 2008, they obtained a DipHE degree in Medical Sciences from Northumbria University. Alia then pursued their MD degree in Medicine at St. George's University from 2009 to 2013. Lastly, from 2014 to 2017, Alia Lepere attended the Emory University School of Medicine to complete their Family Medicine Residency Program.
