Crystal Simeone

Crystal Simeone has over two decades of experience in various roles within the customer service, administrative, and training sectors. Currently serving as Technical Training Manager at EviCore by Evernorth since August 2009, Crystal has progressively advanced through positions including Technical Training Senior Supervisor, Performance Manager, and Senior Trainer. Prior experience includes roles at SCB Media Group in Sales Administration, Tadco Electrical Services as an Administrative Assistant, and customer service at TeleTech. Crystal's career began at BI-LO Winn Dixie Stores as an Office Cashier and Front End Manager. Additionally, Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Capella University and has pursued further education at Eastern Florida State College.
