Jennifer Carlin, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations Enablement at eviCore healthcare, where they are responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring strategic support for the Clinical Contact Center team. Jennifer also served as the Director of Clinical Training and the Director of Contact Center Training at eviCore healthcare, where they partnered with Clinical and Medical Operations to develop exceptional Clinical Reviewers and Medical Directors. Prior to their role at eviCore healthcare, Jennifer worked as the Senior Director of Corporate Training, Director of Corporate Training, and Director of Talent Pipeline. Jennifer was responsible for designing and implementing training programs, conducting skills gap analysis, and measuring performance improvements for all staff members at eviCore healthcare. Before that, they were a Training Manager at Greenwood Communities and Resorts, where they developed training materials and conducted seminars for employees. Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Regional Trainer and General Manager at Cost Plus World Market, where they trained and supported new General Managers and District Managers, as well as developed training documents for the company. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong commitment to training and development, strategic leadership, and partnership with operations teams.

Jennifer Carlin, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science degree in Elementary Education and Spanish from the State University of New York at Oswego, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Jennifer also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Hudson Valley Community College. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2011, and certifications in project leadership, ethical leadership, and neuroscience obtained in 2022 and 2023 from institutions such as Cornell University and The Wharton School. Jennifer has also completed several online courses in leadership and personal development from institutions such as LinkedIn Learning.
