Rebecca Diaz

Rebecca Diaz has extensive experience in revenue cycle and claims operations, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle and Claim Operations at EviCore by Evernorth since May 2017. Previous roles include Director of Claims Appeals & Operational Excellence and Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Healthways, as well as various senior project management and operational positions at CIGNA and General Motors. Rebecca began her career at Ultimate Software Group, where Rebecca held roles in product support and web services. Academically, Rebecca holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
