The Finance and Operations Team at the Eviction Defense Collaborative manages financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the organization's fiscal health. They also oversee daily operational activities, including administrative support and resource allocation, to enable efficient functioning and support of the organization's mission to prevent homelessness and protect affordable housing.
