Donovan Haley

Donovan Haley is an experienced attorney currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Eviction Defense Network since March 2025. Previously, Donovan held the position of Staff Attorney for Stay Housed LA and Shriver Housing Project at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County, focusing on civil litigation to defend low-income tenants facing eviction and handling related housing issues. Donovan's career includes various roles such as UCLA Law Community Partnership Fellow, where legal services were provided to tenants, and internships at Neighborhood Legal Services, U.S. Senator Kamala Harris's office, and the Homeland Security Advisory Council. Donovan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UCLA.
