Anil Jina

Anil Jina is currently an advisor at Evid Science. Prior to this, they were the Chief Medical Officer at Akili Interactive, a digital medicine company that creates targeted prescription digital medicines delivered through captivating video game experiences. Anil was with Akili for 3 years and 11 months. Before that, they were the Vice President, Global Head of Drug Development Consulting at PPD, leading a team of expert Drug Development Consultants in the Peri-IND phase of development to assist leading Biotech, Pharmaceutical and other healthcare companies achieve their visions. Anil was with PPD for 1 year and 1 month. Anil was also the Chief Medical Officer (ad interim) at Axcella, a Flagship Pioneering amino acid platform company and they were with them for 7 months. Additionally, Anil Jina was the Chief Medical Officer at Evelo Biosciences, a Flagship Pioneering microbiome company which merged with Epiva where they were CMO. Anil was with Evelo for 10 months. Anil Jina has also worked in psychiatry at St. Vincent's Hospital in Dublin, Ireland for less than a year and in paediatrics at AMNCH Hospital in Dublin, Ireland for less than a year. Additionally, they have worked in anesthesia / anesthesiology at various hospitals in Ireland for 2 years and in general medicine at Beaumont Hospital for 2 years.

Anil Jina has a MB BCh BAO from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, which they obtained in 1995. Anil also went to The King’s Hospital secondary/high school from 1983 to 1989.
