Laura Ditlevsen

Laura Ditlevsen, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Laura began their career as a Human Resources Generalist/Consultant at Siemens in 1994 and later transitioned to the role of Expatriate-Senior Consultant in 1998. From 2003 to 2015, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at Siemens.

In 2016, Laura joined Verb Surgical Inc. as the Vice President of People Operations, a role they held until 2017. At Verb Surgical, a Silicon Valley startup, they played a key role in the joint venture between Johnson & Johnson and Verily, which later became part of J&J.

More recently, in 2018, Laura became the Head of Human Resources at Evidation Health, a company that focuses on measuring health in everyday life and conducting groundbreaking research. Evidation's consumer platform, built upon user privacy and control, has gained the trust of millions of individuals and their health data.

Throughout their career, Laura Ditlevsen has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in various aspects of human resources, including leadership positions and consulting roles.

Laura Ditlevsen, SPHR obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management from the University of Michigan. In 2015, they also attained the certification of SPHR from HRCI.
