Danielle Bayer

Danielle Bayer is the Chief Growth Officer at Evidence Action, where they drive scalable, evidence-based social impact. They have served as a board member for organizations including Founders Pledge, IDinsight, and The Agency Fund, supporting initiatives that empower communities and enhance human agency. Previously, Danielle co-founded Kids for Peace and Project 100, focusing on youth leadership and diversifying Congress, respectively. They also held leadership roles at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, contributing to governance and development initiatives in Africa. Danielle was a Fellow at Harvard University, conducting research on the impact of conflict on children across several continents.
