Richard Kibuuka

Richard Kibuuka serves as the Country Director at Evidence Action since April 2015, leading the Uganda program and overseeing the Dispensers of Safe Water initiative to benefit millions. Previously, Richard held positions as Country Manager and Program Manager for the same organization, along with leadership roles at Tools With A Mission and Amigos Worldwide, where Richard managed operations and coordinated strategic planning. Earlier experience includes roles at World Vision Uganda, focusing on program design, monitoring, and evaluation, and as a Research Assistant with the International Baby Action Food Network. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Leadership and Management from Uganda Christian University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Administration from Makerere University.
