Tula Bardhan

Tula Bardhan currently serves as the State Safe Water Manager AP at Evidence Action, overseeing the Safe Water program and ensuring the effective installation and maintenance of ILC devices in collaboration with government departments. Prior to this role, Tula held the position of Assistant Vice President-Consulting Services at Chrysalis Services. Tula has extensive experience as an Evaluation Specialist at World Vision India, where responsibilities included conducting over 20 summative and impact evaluations across 12 Indian states, providing strategic recommendations to senior management, and utilizing tools such as SPSS and QDA Miner. Tula also has a background in community development, with significant experience in program execution related to health, education, and economic development. Tula holds multiple degrees including a Master of Social Work and an MBA in Project Management, and has completed specialized training in Corporate Social Responsibility and digital content writing.
