Andrew Hinde

Andrew Hinde has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Andrew started their career in 2008 with co-op placements at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, where they developed internal applications and created web pages. Andrew then worked as a Web Development Officer at the Canadian Radio-television Telecommunications Commission from 2008 to 2010.

In 2013, they joined MediaForce as a Web Developer, where they implemented design and code changes, performed SEO and marketing strategies, and fixed bugs in web applications.

From 2010 to 2018, Andrew worked at HRSG, initially as a Programmer/Analyst, developing competency-based talent management software. Andrew then moved up to the role of Senior Developer, where they integrated and modified existing plugins for the application. Finally, as a Lead Developer, Andrew worked on CompetencyCore and CareerAim Analytics products, ensuring functionality and user experience.

Most recently, Andrew joined DistillerSR in 2018 as a Software Developer. Their responsibilities included coordinating developers, quality control, project managers, and other stakeholders, conducting interviews, and leading daily and bi-weekly meetings. Prior to this role, they worked as a Software Developer with the same company, focusing on developing new features, troubleshooting, and working with the quality control team.
