Fawn Mulholland, MTM

Fawn Mulholland has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career. Fawn is currently the Director of Soccer at the United DFC Soccer Club, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Manager of CS Operations at DistillerSR starting in February 2021.

In January 2023, Fawn Mulholland worked as a Staff Coach at the Vancouver Whitecaps FC until June 2023. From November 2021 to July 2022, they served as the Technical Director and Club Head Coach at the Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club.

Fawn Mulholland also has experience as a Volunteer Fire Fighter at the Edwardsburgh Cardinal Fire Department from January 2021 to July 2022.

From May 2021 to October 2021, they worked as a Technical Director at the Ottawa Internationals Soccer Club. During their time there, they also held positions such as Technical Staff Coach and Director of Women's High Performance and Women's Premier Head Coach from November 2019 to May 2021 and October 2016 to December 2019, respectively.

In addition, Fawn Mulholland has experience outside the soccer industry. Fawn worked as a Senior Manager of Customer Success at Lytica Inc. from August 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they held positions such as Product Performance Manager & Market Analyst and Data Analyst at the same company.

Fawn Mulholland also founded and worked as a Trainer at 613 Soccer Training from May 2017 to October 2020. Prior to that, they had brief experiences in Business Development & Marketing at Amika Mobile and as an Accounts Payable Manager at Canadian Tire in 2016.

Fawn Mulholland, MTM has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Mercyhurst University, where they double-majored in Finance, General and Business Competitive Intelligence. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Technology Management (MTM) from Memorial University of Newfoundland, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

In terms of certifications, Fawn Mulholland has completed the Coach Evaluator Core Training from the Coaching Association of Canada in February 2021. Fawn also obtained the NFPA Firefighter I certification from IFSTA-FPP in July 2020. Furthermore, they possess various other certifications such as the B License Pt 1 (National) and B License Pt 2 (National) from the Canadian Soccer Association, Basic Life Support (BLS) from the Canadian Red Cross, C License from Ontario Soccer, Coaching Athletes with a Disability from Ontario Soccer, Core Learning Facilitator from the Coaching Association of Canada, Google Ads Search Certification from Google, Level 1 Psychology and Level 1 Talent ID from The Football Association, Mentoring from the Coaching Association of Canada, Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from the Canadian Red Cross, UEFA B License (Candidate 23) from the Football Association of Ireland, and Youth Diploma from Canada Soccer.
