Mark Priatel

Mark Priatel has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Mark is currently working as the VP of Software Engineering at Evidence Partners since January 2020. Previously, they served as the Chief Technical Officer at Klipfolio from January 2010 to May 2019. In this role, they oversaw all Engineering and R&D activities and helped build a world-class engineering team and culture. Prior to Klipfolio, Mark founded Iolog in 2002, a company specializing in custom web application development, rapid prototyping, digital marketing support, and infrastructure management. Mark worked at Iolog until 2011. Before that, they were a Web Development Manager at Espial from 2000 to 2002, where they led the development of internal web applications and managed a team of developers and designers. Mark also worked as a Web Development Manager at Ottawa Citizen from 1999 to 2000, where they managed the ongoing development and infrastructure of their online news portal. Mark began their career as a Software Developer at Active Systems in 1997.
