Tylynne Pichie

Tylynne Pichie has solid work experience in various roles, including Senior Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Generalist at DistillerSR since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Experience Associate at TD from April 2019 to October 2020. Before joining TD, Tylynne served as a Human Resources Assistant at Addiction and Mental Health Services Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington from May 2018 to January 2019. Tylynne began their career as a Sales Specialist in the Connected Solutions department at Best Buy, where they worked from December 2016 to November 2018. Throughout their roles, Tylynne demonstrated strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to adapt to customer needs and maintain professionalism.

Tylynne Pichie pursued their education chronologically. From 2014 to 2018, they attended the University of Waterloo, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) from the Faculty of Arts. Following that, they enrolled in the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2019 to pursue an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services, which they are currently pursuing. Additionally, Tylynne obtained a certification in "Challenging Gender Pay Inequity in the Workplace" from LinkedIn in June 2023.
