Steve Waye

Steve Waye currently serves as the VP of Product and Technology for CareInsights at EvidenceCare since March 2025. Prior experience includes co-founding Agathos in November 2015, where Waye held roles as President and Chief Product Officer, focusing on enhancing physician behaviors to improve patient experiences through the Agathos CareReflect platform. Prior to that, Waye worked as a Customer Success Manager at Big Health, managing the implementation of sleep improvement products for Fortune 500 clients. Waye's tenure at Epic from December 2010 to February 2015 included multiple roles such as Software Product Manager for both overall product success and radiology, where Waye led product development and facilitated significant implementations across European hospitals. Waye earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010.
