Diane Guzman is a Youth Justice Fellow at Evident Change, where responsibilities include training in policy review, community research, and advocacy, along with designing a project addressing local issues impacting youth and families in California's foster care and juvenile justice systems. Additionally, Diane serves as a Jim Casey Fellow at the Annie E. Casey Foundation and a CARES Ambassador at the Center for the Study of Social Policy, focusing on identifying structural challenges for youth transitioning from foster care. Previous experience includes a role as a Student Professional Worker at the Los Angeles Superior Court, handling court inquiries and documentation. Diane holds a Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University Channel Islands.
